With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Darcy Dugan Fiorello is a seasoned hairstylist who is passionate about creating beautiful, personalized hair transformations. Darcy began her journey at the Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she developed a solid foundation in hair artistry. After graduating, she honed her craft at the prestigious Charles Penzone Family of Salons in Columbus, Ohio, where she embraced the salon's strong focus on continuing education, community outreach, and mentorship.

In 2008, Darcy moved to Gainesville, Florida, where she became a key member of the Ciao Bella Salon team, a position she still holds today. As a master colorist, she specializes in blonding, reds, and gray blending, continually evolving with the latest trends and techniques to provide exceptional results. Darcy believes in building lasting relationships with each guest, taking a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and hair.

Outside the salon, Darcy enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and practicing yoga to maintain balance and creativity in her life.
